CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of your appointment will be charged 50% of the total cost of your service. Same day cancellations cannot typically be filled with late notice, and ARE subject to be treated as a NO-SHOW. All appointments must be cancelled by a MINIMUM of 24 hours prior to your booked appointment to avoid fees.

NO-SHOWS

NO-SHOWS will be charged the FULL amount of their service. A non-refundable fee of 50% of the total cost of your appointment will be required before rebooking another appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you are more than 10-15 minutes late to your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. We will either have to adjust your service based on how much time is left OR we will need to reschedule your appointment and you may be subject to a rebooking/cancellation fee.

NEW AND EXISTING CLIENTS

I will only be scheduling clients via online booking. Further appointments can be scheduled at the end of your session and will always require a card on file to hold your spot. If you're a new client expect me to reach out for a current picture of your hair along with an inspiration picture for approval of the requested appointment. This will ensure that proper time is allotted and the correct services have been selected. If you'd like to do an in-salon consultation, let me know and we can definitely arrange that.
